At Secure Internetworks we recognise that Information Communication Technology (ICT) is no longer a convenience but, is an integral part of many business processes. It not only services internal communications needs, but also provide paths of communication via the Internet or private networks with home based personnel, remote sites, suppliers and customers via company Extranets.
System downtime is not only an inconvenience it can actually cost you money through lost productivity, lost credibility and lost opportunities. No matter how much resilience is built into a system, it is a fact of life that active electronic components can fail. In such circumstances, it is vital that any resultant downtime be kept to an absolute minimum.
Secure Internetworks offer system support contracts covering up to and including 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with varying levels of on-site response. Further, we can manage your network and IT resources remotely. Where appropriate, we can take full responsibility for support through an outsourcing or managed services agreement.
Unfortunately these support services are currently only available for solutions we have implemented but, we are looking to extend these offering to existing ICT systems in the not too distant future.
